Jane Iredale Facial Blotting Papers

October 7, 2010

Blotting Papers, Blotting Linens, Blotting Sheets. They go by a slew of different names all designed to do the same thing, remove oil from the face. They are a god send for anyone with oily skin. I don’t know what I ever did without them. No matter where I go, or what I’m carrying I always have some on me.

The most amazing fact about blotting papers, is that they do not disturb your makeup.
These blotting papers from Jane Iredale are really nice. And 100% natural. Made from flaxseed, they are twice as absorbent as rice papers or linens. Making it exceptionally good for oily skin. I think even people with normal skin hit a period of oiliness mid day. If your like me you hit your oil slick before lunch hits. More like mid-morning. How cool are we right?Housed in a sophisticated, refillable, gold metal case, thats eye candy for your purse, these all natural flaxseed blotting papers have you covered for your busy day away from home, and proper touch-ups. Soft, material is gentle on skin. Comes with 100 sheets, so it will last you a good long while. A when you run out, heres the best part. Not only is the case with the initial sheets super affordable, at $11, but the refills, are only $4.50!! What a deal! This would be a good stocking stuffer this christmas. As well as a secret santa gift, if you have to do something small for work this would be a perfectly affordable, but elegant gift. I don’t know anyone who wouldn’t appreciate blotting papers.

You can find this item, as well as the Refills and other products in the Oil Control line, online at Jane Iredale. You can also use their Store Locater to find an online boutique or spa nearest you.
