Weleda Baby Calendula Lotion

September 12, 2010

As I said before, I love Weleda’s Calendula Baby line. It smells so yummy. And Calendula is such a powerhouse natural. It heals, soothes, protects, and nurtures skin. It very quickly absorbs into their skin, leaving it soft and smooth. And Quick is key. Because after a bath, is not exactly when little ones want to sit still, they’re catching their second wind before bed, and escaping out of their PJ’s for the second time.

Along with with being easily absorbed, its very concentrated. About a quarter size, covers them from face to toes. And since it spreads easily, its easy to rub them down real quick before they run off. I use this a lot of other times to besides after baths. I use it on faces after they get washed up from breakfast/lunch. My kids also really like it, when I  put a little in my hands and rub their feet that stick out from under the blanket at naptime. Who doesn’t love little piggies? 🙂

  • Beeswax smoothes baby’s skin and protects from dryness
  • A light base of sweet almond oil ensures easy absorption of this moisture-rich formula
  • Biodynamic® and organic calendula flower extract soothes skin inflammation
  • Lightweight, Nourishing
  • Safe, Non-Toxic, good for baby ingredients
  • Also is an excellent lotion for adults with sensitive skin.

You can buy this great lotion as well as Weleda’s other baby products on their website, at various places online, and at SOME Target stores.

Hugs & Lip Gloss,
